How it works

When you refer someone new to Alex Trade Frames and they place their first order, you’ll receive credit added straight to your account - ready to spend on your next job.

Your reward depends on the value of their first order:

£100 Reward

For orders valued between £1,000 & £1,999

£200 Reward

For orders valued between £2,000 & £4,999

£500 Reward

For orders valued between £5,000 & £9,999

£1,000 Reward

For orders valued over £10,000

Refer as many new customers as you like. There’s no limit - and the bigger their first order, the bigger your reward.

How to Refer Someone

  1. Give them your Alex Trade Frames account name.

2. When they place their first order, they must mention your account name at the time of enquiry or ordering.

3. Once their order is confirmed and paid in full, we’ll apply your reward credit to your account.

No sign-up forms. No referral codes. Just a name drop - trade to trade.

the essentials

  • You must have an active Alex Trade Frames account to take part.

  • Referrals are only valid for brand-new customers (never ordered from us before).

  • Your name must be mentioned when the new customer places their first order - not after.

  • Rewards are reviewed and credited once the order is fully paid.

  • Credit is applied to your account for use on future purchases.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Alex Trade Frames Referral Scheme (“the Scheme”) rewards existing customers for referring new customers to Alex Trade Frames.

    Participation in the Scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • The referrer must have an active Alex Trade Frames account at the time of referral and when the reward is issued.

    The referred party (the new customer) must be a new customer who has never previously placed an order with Alex Trade Frames.

    Only one referrer can be credited per new customer.

  • The new customer must clearly provide the referrer’s full account name at the time of their first order – via phone, email, or in-person enquiry.

    The referral must be declared at the time of ordering. We cannot apply rewards retrospectively.

    Once the referred customer’s first order is fully paid, processed & collected, the referrer will receive account credit.

  • Rewards are applied in the form of credit to the referrer’s account, to be used against future purchases.

    Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

    Rewards will be applied within 30 days of the referred order being fully paid and fulfilled.

  • The Alex Trade Frames Referral Scheme is designed to reward genuine trade-to-trade referrals - that means existing trade account holders introducing other professional businesses who are likely to become ongoing customers.

    There is no cap on the number of referrals a customer can make, but each referral is subject to review and approval by Alex Trade Frames.

    The following will disqualify a referral:

    Referring retail customers, one-off domestic buyers, or anyone not engaged in trade or construction.

    Referring your own end customers (e.g., builders referring homeowners) with the intent to benefit from jobs you're already doing.

    Attempts to circumvent the system - including setting up multiple accounts, self-referrals, or referrals involving the same person, address, or company.

    To qualify, the referred customer must:

    Be a genuine new customer, placing their first-ever order with Alex Trade Frames.

    Be a registered business or sole trader operating within the construction or glazing industry.

    Clearly state the referrer’s account name at the point of their initial enquiry or order.

    Alex Trade Frames reserves the right to:

    Verify all referred accounts and order history.

    Withhold or cancel referral rewards if abuse or manipulation is suspected.

    Make final decisions on eligibility and interpretation of these terms.

  • Alex Trade Frames reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Scheme at any time without prior notice.

    Any changes will be updated on our website and take immediate effect.

    Existing rewards pending at the time of Scheme modification or closure will be honoured if all conditions have been met.

  • This Scheme is available to UK customers only.

    Alex Trade Frames reserves the right to make final decisions on all referral-related matters.

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
